Set-up and prep for service
Prepare soups, apps, vegetables, meats, sauces, etc.
Reproduce recipes and plating based on instructions.
Appropriately prepare various food items.
Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
Participate in inventory duties
Receive, rotate and put away merchandise.
Assist the chef in their tasks.
