Job Description

We are looking for skilled and motivated Chefs / Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to delivering consistently excellent dishes.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented properly before serving. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Participate in menu planning and provide input on new dishes or specials (for experienced chefs). Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications / Experience Required:



Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in a restaurant kitchen, preferably as a line cook or prep cook. Experience with a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if applicable]. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Work Location: In person
