JOB SUMMARY -
Come help bring our new gourmet hotdogs to life! We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and creativity. You'll need to liaise with suppliers, other staff and management to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Opening/Closing Kitchen Maintenance of Daily/Weekly & Periodic Deep Clean Duties Food prep Manage all aspects of the kitchen alongside the General Manager Help establish "Escape Manor" as a premiere entertainment brand in the city Enable a fun work environment and ensure productivity Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, BOH and all Food Storage areas Develop storage and inventory systems for Supplies and Sundries Ensure venue is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and backups
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.25 per hour
