Job Description

Work hours will consist of a mix of mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, so some flexibility is required. This position is a full-time permanent position offering 30-35 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparations, production and cooking of all menu items at the front and back of house Works closely with culinary team to ensure stations are ready for service Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist in ordering supplies Runs station with the highest level of skill, cleanliness and efficiency Uses kitchen equipment safely Keeps station and the kitchen clean and beyond requirement standards Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

Experience is an asset

Responsible & positive individual with good standards/qualities

Hard working, organized, creative & passionate about food and customer service

Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
