Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support team members in meal preparation during busy periods Follow sanitation guidelines to uphold food safety standards Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Basic knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
