Position: Cook (Part-Time)

We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are passionate about food and want to grow their cooking skills. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and learn traditional Japanese cooking techniques.

What You'll Do:

Assist with food prep and cooking during service Support deep-frying, grilling, and plating tasks Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Follow food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude Comfortable in a busy, team-oriented kitchen environment Willing to learn new skills and take direction Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required

Requirements:

Availability to work weekend evenings (Sunday availability is required) Valid work permit to work in Canada (if not a citizen or PR) Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the culinary field

Shifts We're Hiring For:

Evening shifts (especially weekends) 25-30 hours per week
