is looking for a dedicated and organized

Cook

to join our childcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children, ensuring food safety standards are met, and accommodating any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook healthy meals and snacks for children. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Ensure compliance with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Adjust meals to meet dietary restrictions and health needs of individual children.

Requirements:

Valid Food Handling Certification

First Aid Certification

Criminal Record Check

with

Vulnerable Sector Check

Up-to-date Immunization Record

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (institutional or childcare setting preferred) Completion of secondary school Proficiency in English
