Prepares and cooks meals and serves drinks for patrons of the restaurant to the standards given by management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Prepare food for service and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Follows all Health and Safety guidelines in preparations and sanitation.
Stock inventory appropriately and manage inventory as needed
Keeps kitchen and area clean by performing regular and routine housekeeping duties outlined by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years previous commercial cooking experience in multifaceted environment.
Able to work, days, evenings and or weekends.
Must have Food Handler and WHMIS certificates
Clean with excellent hygiene habits
Detailed oriented and communicates effectively, and multi-tasks efficiently.
Experience with various cooking methods, procedures, and industry best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.31 per hour
