Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Assist in food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality Support team members during busy service periods, including meal preparation and order assembly Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Ability or experience to prepare Indian food

Qualifications

Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability or experience to prepare Indian food Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
