- Take customer orders over the phone or in person
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Provide customers with information about menu items and specials
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Ensure that all food handling and preparation guidelines are followed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for order calculations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately taking and processing orders. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless ordering experience for our customers. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks will be essential in meeting our customers' needs efficiently.

If you have previous experience in food service or kitchen environments, it will be an advantage. However, we are also open to training candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this role.
