Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a cook. This role is ideal for someone looking for part time work with experience in serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Candidates should possess strong food handling skills and have Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items according to established menu for a small childcare center Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food items safely, adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Prepare two daily snacks and lunch Follow all health and safety guidelines Maintain a daily food temperature log in accordance with Public Health food standards Clean up kitchen and run dishwasher after lunch meal
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
