Red Light Ramen is looking for a Cook. Some level of kitchen experience is a must, and with that a strong focus on good organization and hygiene is required. In addition, what is really important to us is:

Caring.

Cooking ramen is, in part, about rigorously controlling a few key elements to create a tasty bowl. To do that you need to care. To care about what you are cooking and how you are cooking it. Caring about what you do and what you make is perhaps the most important thing we are looking for in a Red Light Cook.

A positive attitude.

We are a small team that functions best when everyone comes to work with a positive outlook and willingness to get along with their fellow employees. We would like you to demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions at Red Light.

Availability.

We understand the necessity for people to have other jobs, but Red Light would have to have priority over your schedule.
