You will be responsible for various aspects of food service, including preparation, cooking, and serving, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Possibility for longer term at our indoor golf facility over winter if candidate is valued at their job.

Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times. Assist in meal preparation and menu planning as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, including roles in serving, cooking, or food preparation. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is highly desirable. Experience in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
