Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences. Experience in kitchen operations or meal preparation is a plus.
