The Routine

• Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef, Chef and/or General Manager
• Continuously grow and cultivate culinary creativity
• Maintain a prep lit of station duties and follow the FIFO method
• Thrives in the chaos of the restaurant
• Empowered to always choose quality and to cook with the best ingredients
• Share an absolute dedicate to deliver the very best
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
