Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality.
Work the line efficiently during busy service.
Follow recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in a similar role within hospitality/restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills, including preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
Experience working the line in a fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary training or degree an asset.
Passion for food, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
