Our Cooks are the heart of the food service department in our buildings. Our cooks are:

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during meal preparation and service. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Food Safe 1 Red Seal (asset) Previous experience in an Assisting Living or Long-Term care setting is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to perform various cooking techniques and meal preparation tasks. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for serving others and a commitment to providing high-quality food service. Pay: $25.61-$27.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
