Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen. They must adhere to food safety regulations, maintain quality control, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and portion sizes. Ensure food is cooked and presented properly before serving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and equipment. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed. Follow health and safety procedures, including proper food handling and allergen awareness. Support a positive and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role is required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
