Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated cook who can work independently for a

seasonal contract

role. This position begins

immediately and runs until mid- May

. Hours are flexible, with part-time options available from

25 to 40 hours per week

. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and occasionally washing dishes. A suitably motivated and creative individual will have the opportunity to become involved in shaping menu and process development with the head chef. Also, if you love golf or enjoy playing casually, this is a great opportunity to work in an environment that matches your interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Wash dishes and perform other cleaning duties as required. Assist in stock management, including checking inventory and notifying of low stock. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or similar culinary environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent food quality of the highest standard. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. A personal vehicle for reliable transportation. Knowledge of, or experience with, catering events and menus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
