Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food safety in our kitchen.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Skills

- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
