Day, evening and weekend shifts
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the planning of menus and meal presentations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
Skills
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment. t
Minimum 4 years proven experience as a cook
Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and dietary needs.
