We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering delicious meals that meet our guests' expectations while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with health and safety regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for special events or large groups. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper food storage procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food safety practices and cooking techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
