Duties

Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist with menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas Cook and plate dishes for service, ensuring presentation standards are met Support catering events by preparing and serving food in accordance with client requests Serve guests in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service Maintain proper food handling procedures to comply with health regulations Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements

Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if necessary Culinary experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
