Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations
Assist in meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Participate in training sessions on food safety and handling procedures
Skills
Minimum 5yrs experience in full service restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
Attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness standards
Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality service
