Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Cook for Groups and conferences
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in food safety is a plus
- Experience cooking for 50+ people
