We are a busy Abbotsford law firm currently looking for a full-time experienced conveyancer to join our Real Estate Department.

Responsibilities
Handling purchase, sale, refinance, and transmission files;
Handling all files from start to completion;
Handling discharges, STC's and holdbacks;
Maintaining BF systems;
Responding to client inquiries; and
Possessing experience with Conveyancing Software, LTSA, BC Online, BC Registries, & Land Owner Transparency Registry;
Experience with Conveyme, Clio and Alf would be beneficial.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal field.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Excellent analytical skills to assess complex legal issues effectively.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
