Mississauga, Ontario

location on a

hybrid

work schedule.




ABOUT THE ROLE:





As a Controls Integration and Modeling Engineering Intern here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the field of Controls integration, dynamic modeling, and Model Based System Engineering. You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers and professionals, learning from their expertise and applying your knowledge to real-world challenges. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the industry and help you develop essential skills for your future career in system engineering.



In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



Assist in the development of environmental control systems on commercial aircraft Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and optimize designs Participate in testing and validation activities Gain exposure to industry-standard tools and software

YOU MUST HAVE:



Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Systems, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university in related engineering field, as a third year or fourth year student. Must have at least two of these core skills: Controls Systems, Thermodynamics, Dynamic modeling and Simulation, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE). Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment.

Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
