Controller

who's not afraid to

get their hands dirty with the numbers

-- someone who can dive deep into day-to-day accounting, but also rise up to manage

treasury, banking relationships, and financial strategy

as we grow.

What You'll Do

Roll up your sleeves and own the

daily accounting functions

-- from reconciliations and cost tracking to month-end closes. Keep the financial engine running:

AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and project accounting.

Step back to see the big picture -- manage

cash flow, banking, treasury, and financing

relationships. Partner with operations to translate data into insight -- helping the team make better, faster decisions. Implement and refine systems (including Microsoft Business Central) to keep us efficient and audit-ready. Lead and mentor a small but mighty team -- not from a distance, but right beside them.

Who You Are

A

working manager

-- equally comfortable in the weeds and at the strategy table. An

accountant by trade

(CPA preferred, but not required) who understands how numbers drive business outcomes. Thrives in a

hands-on, fast-paced, entrepreneurial

environment where no two days are the same. Confident in dealing with

banks, auditors, and executives

, but grounded enough to process an invoice or chase down a variance. Someone who sees opportunity in

efficiency, accuracy, and clarity
