What You'll Do:

As our Controller, you'll oversee all aspects of financial management, combining hands-on accounting leadership with strategic insight to support business decisions and long-term growth.

You will:

Oversee all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger management. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies that safeguard company assets. Support annual audit and tax preparation processes in collaboration with external partners. Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to guide financial planning and strategy.
Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering excellence and accountability.

Who You Are

You're a financial professional with a passion for accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You combine strong accounting fundamentals with an eye for strategy and efficiency.

Here's what you bring:

Education:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA designation preferred).

Experience:

3-5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Expertise:

Deep understanding of financial reporting, and internal controls.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Mindset:

Analytical, proactive, and driven to improve systems and processes.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
