Job Description
Zaifman Law is a full service boutique downtown law firm, currently looking for a Controller who will be responsible for providing full cycle accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Statement of Accounts Receipts Credit Card Reconciliations Bank Reconciliations Payroll / Source Deduction Remittances / T4 Month End Reconciliations GST Filings Intercompany Reconciliations Year End Reconciliations Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Bookkeeper, Controller or a combination of Education and Work Experience Working towards a professional accounting designation is considered an asset Proficiency in accounting and payroll software as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
