Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports. Oversee account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy in financial records. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts. Provide insights on financial performance to support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
