About the Opportunity

• Preparation of internal reports and dashboards, budgets and forecast models, FP&A.
• Tracking KPIs, analysis and record of investment transactions and maintaining portfolio company valuation models.
• Overseeing transactions recorded into the accounting / fund administration systems by the external fund administrator / accounting service provider.
• Owning delivery of external reporting including managing relationships with external fund administrator to create financial statements, investor notices, and liaising with audit and tax firms to ensure compliance obligations are met in a timely manner.
• Cash flow planning and executing treasury management
• Managing the firm\xe2\x80\x99s risk and compliance programs
• Supporting data management and file structure administration
• Act as an agent of the firm to investors and other external stakeholders (tax / regulatory etc.)

About You

• CPA designated
• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Industry \xe2\x80\x93 investment fund/fund administration
• Exposure to FP&A, forecasting and modelling (cash and treasury type of work)
• Scope of work/end-to-end fund admin \xe2\x80\x93 Reporting, financial statement prep, audit review, tax
• Experience with Fund accounting and administration
• Experience with Public accounting experience with financial/investment entities

Salary Range
