We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting practices. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including compliance with regulatory standards, preparation of financial reports, and implementation of effective internal controls. Duties
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management activities, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy and completeness of financial data; perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies.
Write clear, accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators; support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and promote adherence to accounting policies using software such as Sage and other similar platforms.
Skills
Strong expertise in general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, debits & credits management.
Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, or equivalent; experience with financial management tools is essential.
Demonstrated ability in cash management, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and technical accounting issues.
Excellent written communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports; ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights.
Deep understanding of internal controls related to accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll administration.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; capable of performing thorough account reconciliation and variance analysis.

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
