Job Description

Our client, a well-established and growing real estate company, is looking to recruit a Controller to join its team at the Decarie (VMR) head office. This company offers an excellent working environment, excellent benefits, on-site gym, 4 weeks vacation, parking, and a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000 per year.Responsibilities :- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Supervise 4 employees (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate year-end closing
- Assist management in making various decisions
- Ensure adequate controls are in place
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and the analysis of financial reports.Requirements:- Fluency in French required
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in a fast-growing company
- Excellent management skills
- Autonomy and good organizational skills
- Global business vision and management background
