The Role

We're looking for a

Controller

to be a key member of our management team. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead our day-to-day finance operations and provide insights that drive smart business decisions. This role is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and central to our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Oversee accounting & finance operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL, reconciliations) Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making Ensure compliance with internal controls, government regulations, and audits Manage information systems and insurance policies Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Mentor and develop team members Support continuous improvement of financial processes

What We're Looking For

CPA designation (or equivalent experience) preferred Strong accounting and financial management background Strong technology skills with the ability to navigate new systems and processes efficiently Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Eligible for Government of Canada security clearances
