Providing financial leadership, operational support and analysis for all financial obligations Prepare ad hoc management reports as needed and ensure integrity of operations data Perform analytical support for operational cost and margin improvement Overseeing the full accounting cycle for the general operations of multiple companies Bonding Process and enter accounting transactions Preparing year-end working papers for multiple companies Production of financial reports and analyzing statements to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions KPI tracking Bank reconciliations, cash receipts and general daily accounting activities Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting to senior management Journal entries Review legal documents, including potential contracts Oversee full accounting cycle for multiple construction projects Processing payroll for approximately 100 employees Coach, develop and mentor junior team members
Ideally, you would also have a professional CPA designation and a minimum of 5 years leading the full-cycle accounting operations for multiple companies. Also, experience managing teams and a high level working knowledge of computerized accounting systems, including Quickbooks is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
