Job Description
- A Manufacturing organization who is searching for an experienced controller to lead their finance and accounting team while reporting to senior leadership
- This strategic role\'s path will present the opportunity for career progression
- Managing operations of the finance and accounting team
- Prepare all financial statements and present to senior leadership and board of directors
- Collaborates with departments to manage budgeting process
- Ensure financial systems and processes are improving when necessary
- Provide strategic insight to management for decision making
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance across regulatory reporting and auditing process
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Handles direct and indirect tax filings and ensures regulations are met

- CPA Designation
- 8 + year\'s of experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Financial reporting and consolidation experience
- IFRS and GAAP Knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills
