As a Controller with Jayden's Mechanical, you will become part of a team of stellar employees who are highly valued and skilled. We are a privately owned and operated business dedicated to performing quality work and providing outstanding service to our customers. This role is a full-time permanent position and will be great for anyone who wants to make the most of their current abilities and grow within a rapidly expanding company committed to hard work.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

The Controller would be responsible for overseeing the accounting and bookkeeping for the company and provide reports, support, and guidance to upper management.
? Manages the full cycle accounts, corporate accounts, credit cards and cheque runs.
? Oversee Biweekly Payroll Administration.
? All Government remittances including HST, Source deductions, EHT, WSIB.
? Administer, Monitor and Remit Company RRSP Plan.
? Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
? Administrator for Corporate Credit Card Accounts.
? Monitor and Manage Corporate Bank accounts and Reconciliations.
? Responsible for inter-company accounting and the corresponding tracking.

The position is based at our head office just outside of Exeter Ontario. Monday through Friday.

Qualifications Include:

The ideal candidate would,
? CPA certification or like qualifications an asset.
? Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
? Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
? Highly organized and competent individual ready for a fast-paced work environment.
? Proficient experience with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office.
? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
? Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
? Team player with proven ability to work independently and cohesively.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally represent the organization with all stakeholders.
? Accountable problem solver with the ability to oversee projects.

Pay: $72,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
