What You'll Be Doing:

Lead budgeting processes in alignment with company goals, collaborating across departments Analyze financial data to uncover insights, trends, and risks that inform executive decisions Deliver timely and clear financial reports, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analysis Oversee accurate month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with standards Manage cash flow forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards Support audit processes and respond to audit requirements Guide and mentor finance team members to support their growth and development Stay up to date with financial regulations and ensure accurate implementation Lead or support ad hoc financial projects as needed What You Bring:

CPA designation and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance (IFRS/US GAAP is a plus) Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and financial planning tools Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail Experience in FX risk management is a bonus Why Apply?
