Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Controller, Digital Operations to join our corporate finance team to work within our Winnipeg office.



As a Controller, Digital Operations you will help shape the future of our growing digital business at Pollard Banknote. This is a new role that's focused on supporting our rapidly expanding iLottery and digital product lines.



In this role, you'll be the financial voice behind some of our most innovative and high-growth initiatives, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication of results to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the iLottery and digital operations - from building forecasts and budgets to delivering insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do




Ensure iLottery and digital reporting teams provide accurate and timely financial information including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages Revamp financial reporting processes and data collection methods to align with evolving business needs and enhance decision-making capabilities Direct various digital and iLottery teams in the daily operations, fostering efficiency while upholding a strong internal control environment Lead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful variance analysis Deliver critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders through effective planning and analysis Collaborate with external auditors, advisors, and other key partners Research and lead the implementation of new IFRS accounting standards as required

What You'll Bring




Graduate of CPA or legacy equivalent A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience reporting to senior management Experience in a software development or SaaS company iLottery or iGaming exposure is an asset. Excellent analytical and time management skills Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools and advanced Microsoft Office tools
