*Controller / Finance Lead - Manufacturing

This is more than just accounting. As Controller, you'll work closely with the CFO to shape the financial backbone of a growing manufacturing company. You'll be at the center of key decisions, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration, your work will truly make an impact.

What You'll Own

Lead the month-end closing process from A to Z Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger) Collaborate with teams to define company metrics and KPIs Manage financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely statements Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors Mentor and develop a small accounting team

Your Profile

5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing context Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-evolving environment
