Job Description


We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the manufacturing/ distribution industry. As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining financial reports, and ensuring the overall financial health of the business.Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity by developing and implementing internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning and business development.
  • Handle financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the company's budgeting process, forecast financial trends, and analyze variances.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Support management with financial decision-making, including cost-saving initiatives and profitability analysis.
  • Manage banking relationships and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Controller
  • Proficient in Auditing, with a proven track record of successful audits
  • Strong understanding and experience in Budget Processes, including planning, development, and implementation
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive financial reports
  • Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial records
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
