Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end closing
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Be responsible for standard costing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS/ASPE)
- Provide financial insights and support to operations and senior leadership
- Supervise and mentor a dedicated accounting team
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, Accounting certificate or CPA designation in progress
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Background in food industry required
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
