Obtaining customer orders and estimating the time required to produce the amount of each product type.
Creating schedules
Identifying production and workflow bottlenecks.
Estimating potential quantity and quality based on past results
Determining ways to produce higher yield
Working with quality assurance to address client complaints
Identifying training requirements
Create and maintain an efficient, hygienic, and positive working environment
Requirement:
Candidate must have good experience Must be able to do heavy lifting Must be willing to work in hot and cold environment Must be willing to deal with hot oils and frying machines.
GMP should be followed all the time.
Candidate must have strong communication skills
Candidate should have prior experience in leadership roles
Candidate must be willing to take responsibility in the workplace
Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
