Controller

who's ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the finance and accounting function of a growing business. If you love numbers, people, process improvement -- and aren't afraid to wear a few hats -- this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking charge of all things finance: AR/AP, payroll etc. Building solid internal controls and financial policies. Leading budgeting and forecasting with clarity and precision. Managing cash flow, foreign currency conversions, and hedging. Reviewing and signing off on all financial reports. Being the go-to for financial reporting, metrics, and operational KPIs. Keeping an eagle eye on inventory accounting and consumables. Owning insurance policies and making sure everything's compliant. Leading ad hoc projects. Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

A post-secondary education in Accounting (CPA preferred!) 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 in leadership Strong analytical chops and attention to detail Confident with accounting systems and financial software Proven leadership and team motivation skills Experience working in a

manufacturing

environment Great time management and communication Ability to keep things confidential and cool under pressure On-site presence in Barrie -- they're all about collaboration and connection
