What You'll Be Doing:

Taking charge of all things finance: AR/AP, payroll, HR, benefits -- you name it. Building solid internal controls and financial policies that make audits a breeze. Leading budgeting and forecasting with clarity and precision. Managing cash flow, foreign currency conversions, and hedging. Reviewing and signing off on all financial reports like a boss. Being the go-to for financial reporting, metrics, and operational KPIs. Keeping an eagle eye on inventory accounting and consumables. Owning insurance policies and making sure everything's compliant. Leading ad hoc projects like a pro.

What You Bring to the Table:

A post-secondary education in Accounting (CPA preferred!) 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 in leadership Strong analytical chops and attention to detail Confident with accounting systems and financial software Proven leadership and team motivation skills Experience working in a

manufacturing

environment (this one's a must) Great time management and communication Ability to keep things confidential and cool under pressure On-site presence in Barrie -- they're all about collaboration and connection
