, is seeking a skilled and motivated

Controller

to join our growing team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements for our Yamaha & Suzuki powersports and marine operations.


The successful candidate will bring a strong background in finance/accounting, with the ability to manage dealership financials in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2+ years of finance/accounting experience

(or equivalent knowledge of dealership operations). Experience with

PBS

a strong asset. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Manage daily banking reconciliation. Prepare, analyze, and finalize monthly dealer financial statements. Monitor and review expense reports. Post and maintain monthly standard entries. Reconcile manufacturer rebates and incentive programs. Support bank audits alongside departmental managers. Process lien payouts and vehicle purchase payments. Oversee floorplan reports; manage vehicle payoff processes with bank representatives. Post deals for accurate commission and bonus calculations. Provide financial insights and reporting to ownership and management.
Manage additional accounting duties as required.
