To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting functions and support financial decision-making across the organization. This is a key leadership role that partners closely with Operations and IT teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

In This Role You Will:

Lead all accounting functions and internal controls. Collaborate with Operations to analyze, maintain, and enhance costing and to improve inventory processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyze performance trends and provide financial insights for capital investments. Partner with IT to consolidate data from multiple sources into actionable reports. Enhance reporting systems and dashboard tools for timely decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Document and enforce accounting policies; support external audits.

We're Looking For:

A degree or diploma in Finance or related field. Progressive senior-level experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis. Experience managing small accounting teams. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Power BI) is considered an asset. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. CPA designation and manufacturing experience are considered assets.
