As a Control Systems - Application and Management Specialist, you will be part of a larger team responsible for administering and maintaining automation systems. You will be focused on Infrastructure and Applications such as ethernet networking, Windows AD, Virtualization, OT applications and cyber security.

Your Responsibilities:• Configure, maintain and optimize OT applications and databases such as Solar Winds, Trellix ePO and SQL Server
• Execute Windows patching in the control environment to support Cyber Security
• Review and investigate Cyber Security concerns in our IDS system
• Review and troubleshoot alerts in our Network Management system
• Perform daily system monitoring using management and security applications
• Perform activities to support backup and patching processes
• Perform administration tasks in Microsoft Active Directory
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, and provide solutions
• Document new technical procedures or update existing, as required
• Lead upgrade projects and complete system implementation tasks
• Execute preventive maintenance routines and activities
• Use workflow management packages such as Service Now and Cintellate for change management
• Participate in on-call support rotation
Your Skills:• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical, attention to detail
• Must be able to quickly shift focus based on needs of the operation
• Self-starter, ability to multitask, proven ability to effectively contribute in a collaborative team environment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Your Experience:• 3-10 years of OT experience
• Degree or diploma in Computer, Electronics or Industrial Control
• NBSCETT PTech certification is an asset
• Experience configuring and supporting OT networking and firewalls
• Experience building and administrating Windows servers
• Experience with Virtualization systems such as VMware and vCenter
• Experience with Cyber Security including best practices
• Experience with computer hardware repair and replacement
• Experience working with Intrusion Detection Systems
• Experience with the following OT systems is an asset:
