- Provide instructions in alliance with SOP
- Answer phones, radio calls and emails.

- Make calls for arrests when necessary
- Possession of a valid BC Security Guard Licence
- Previous dispatch experience preferred
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 considered an asset
- Availability to work days/afternoon/graveyard shifts
- Strong customer service skills
